Every year, an art contest around tulips and spring blooms is organized, with the winner announced during the Grand Opening of the Woodland Tulip Festival. The art can be created in a variety of mediums, such as paint, watercolor, photographs, color pencil. The best size to submit the artwork is 11" by 14".
