Tulip Fest Vendor Application

Dear potential vendor or demonstrator,

 

The Woodland Tulip Festival 2013 is actively seeking local artisans and green-thumbs to participate in our 10th annual festival sponsored by Holland America Bulb Farms, Inc in Woodland, Washington.

 

Here are some, but not all of the items we would like to include at our Euro-style outdoor market:

Dates: 

April 13-14 from 10am-4pm

April 20-21 from 10am-4pm

 

 

10 x 10 Booth space:  $50/day

**If there is enough interest we will entertain the possibility of providing a large tent with bazaar style booths for an additional charge.  This would not accommodate all vendors.

Requirements for Application and Participation: 

Your art/craft/product will be judged.  Judging will be fair to our new “European flare” feeling of the event.  Holland America will choose the first and finest applicants that will gel with our theme:  Living Color  Should you apply and not be selected this year, your check will be returned and your application filed for future use.

 

All vendors will supply their own 10X10 tent and everything necessary to create a “store” within tent.  We expect all booths to be attractive, clean and as professional as possible.  More details will follow on contract regarding weather and tent requirements.

 

Please consider where we live and that there is an excellent chance of five different weather patterns on any given day in April and give this some thought before applying.  We see an average of 30,000 guests throughout the month of April and they come rain or shine to see the fields in bloom.  Of course there is no way we can predict the traffic we’ll have on the festival weekends but we’ll do our very best to market and promote the Woodland Tulip Festival as aggressively as possible.
